About Us
Blank Slate Developments has been serving the Edmonton area since 2016 founded by Jason Christensen. Jason has 15 years experience in construction and is a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician. We specialize in basement secondary suites; basement developments; kitchen renovations; bathroom renovations – and of course, anything electrical.
Blank Slate Developments is insured, licensed and we carry full WCB coverage for all of our workers. We guarantee all of our work and only supply quality products with top-notch manufacturer warranties (which we pass on to all of our clients). All of our work comes with a 1 year material and labour warranty.
Planning & Design
We work with design experts who can help make your dreams take shape. We also offer in house floor plan drafting for permit applications.
Construction
We have a team of skilled and certified trades people to ensure all facets of your project are completed to the highest level of craftsmanship and professionalism.
Project Delivery
Communication is a key focus for us to ensure you know what is happening during the construction process as we deliver the project you dreamed of.
